This 36 3/4" Countertop Charbroiler (XX-6GS) has extra flame-flare that lends a richer flavor profile to the food you are broiling. The XX-GS Series by Bakers Pride is designed for heavy duty charcoal style broiling without the use of coal or ceramic stones. The exceptionally low profile design is only 13 1/4" from the bottom to the broiling surface, making it ideal for use on refrigerated cabinets. The broiling surface is 31 1/2" wide by 24" deep and provides a significantly-sized broiling area and production capacity. Less injuries will occur during cooking due to the unique air blanket constructed into the exterior that allows more ventilation and cooler outer-temperatures. This charbroiler gives an outdoor taste to an indoor-cooked food.
